Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting enthusiastic and confident Graduate Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Bolton.

This is an excellent opportunity for degree-qualified candidates who are passionate about education and enjoy working with young people. Previous experience working in a school is highly desirable, particularly for candidates with experience supporting pupils or managing classroom behaviour.

The Role:

Supervising classes across a range of subjects during teacher absences.
Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials and ensuring students remain engaged.
Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment.
Managing behaviour in line with school policies.
Supporting students with their learning and ensuring continuity of education.The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a degree in any subject (essential).
Ideally has previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
Has excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Is confident, adaptable and able to engage with secondary-aged pupils.
