Transparency Education is seeking an experienced KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school, teaching a Year 2 class on a part-time maternity cover basis.

The role
You will provide engaging, well-organised teaching that supports children through an important year in their primary education. Working closely with colleagues, you will help maintain continuity during maternity leave and create a classroom where every child feels included, supported and challenged.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has recent KS1 teaching experience and the confidence to lead a Year 2 class.
Is highly organised, proactive and invested in the children’s progress and wellbeing.
Is a true team player who communicates effectively and works collaboratively.
Will contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to apply for one.
