Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a static commercial building in Wetherby. What you'll do:
Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the commercial building.
Fault-find and repair electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated building services.
Assist with High Voltage and Low Voltage switching duties, following site procedures and safety protocols.
Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements. What you'll bring:
City & Guilds / NVQ qualification in an Electrical discipline.
18th Edition qualification.
Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Understanding of electrical distribution systems, with experience or knowledge of HV/LV switching desirable.
