Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm

We are looking for someone experienced with and a strong understanding of transport administration and compliance to help maintain the company's FORS accreditation and ensure all fleet, depot and licensing requirements are met.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being self managed highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and experience preparing for audits, vehicle inspections and Operator's Licence checks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain FORS accreditation and ensure all compliance records and documentation are up to date.
Prepare for annual audits, vehicle inspections, depot audits and Operator's Licence checks.
Manage vehicle records, maintenance schedules, MOTs and safety inspections.
Deal with speeding tickets, penalty charge notices, traffic offences and vehicle-related issues.
Monitor drivers' hours, tachographs and Working Time Directive compliance.
Manage insurance claims, supplier queries and vehicle off-road issues.
Produce compliance reports and work closely with depot managers and senior management.
Travel to other depots every couple of months to build relationships and support consistent compliance standards across the business.
What We're Looking For
A Transport Manager CPC qualification is essential.
Experience in transport or fleet management.
Hands-on experience with FORS accreditation, transport administration and compliance.
Good knowledge of DVSA regulations, drivers' hours and tachograph requirements.
