How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Customer Integration Engineer
    £50,000 - £60,000 + 36 Days Holiday + Private Medical Insurance + Pension + More Benefits
    Crawley - Hybrid (3 days per week)

    Are you a customer-focused engineer with strong Windows/Linux troubleshooting skills who wants to work at the forefront of gaming platform integration, helping global customers bring innovative products to market while developing tools, software solutions and integration technologies?

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing customer engineering team supporting the adoption of advanced gaming platforms across EMEA and international markets. You'll work directly with customers throughout evaluation, onboarding, integration and production readiness phases, helping them overcome technical challenges and accelerate deployment.

    The position offers a varied mix of customer engagement, technical problem solving and software enablement. You'll investigate complex issues across hardware, operating systems and software environments while collaborating closely with engineering, product and commercial teams.

    Alongside customer integration activities, you'll contribute to integration tools, scripts, OS images, documentation and best-practice resources that improve platform adoption and customer experience at scale.

    This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, continual improvement and cross-functional collaboration within an international technology environment.

    The Role:

    Support customer evaluation, onboarding, integration and production readiness activities
    Troubleshoot complex hardware, software and operating system issues
    Deliver technical workshops, demonstrations and onboarding sessions
    Develop and maintain integration tools, scripts and example applications
    Create technical documentation and provide feedback to product and engineering teams
    Occasional travel to customers, internal sites and industry eventsThe Person:

    Experience in a customer-facing technical engineering role
    Strong Windows and/or Linux troubleshooting skills
    Background in hardware/software integration, embedded systems or industrial PCs
    Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as C, C++, C#, Rust or Python
