Shift Pattern: 07:00-15:15 Monday to Thursday / Friday 07:00-15:00
The Business
Our client is an established manufacturing business operating within a modern production environment, with a strong focus on automation, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Due to continued growth and investment in their manufacturing operations, they are looking to appoint a Flexi/ Bendi Truck Driver to join their production team and support the safe and efficient running of an automated robotic manufacturing cell.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who has interest in developing their skills within an increasingly automated environment.
THE ROLE
You will be operating a Flexi Truck and some of your tasks will include:
Operating Flexi Trucks equipment efficiently and safely.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Picking and load/unloading goods efficiently and in a timely manner.
Using hand held scanners
Working within a warehouse and completing warehouse duties along with operating the flexi truck
Picking and packing products
Wrapping and preparing products for despatch
THE PERSON
The business is looking for people with a strong work ethic and the willingness and desire to learn.
Essential criteria include:
Valid in date Flexi Forklift Truck license.
Flexi truck experience.
Experience working within a warehouse environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
