Hozelock is one of the UK's most trusted gardening brands, and we're looking for a commercially driven Product Manager to help grow and optimise our product portfolio across the UK and international markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing data, understanding customer needs, identifying market opportunities, and influencing commercial decisions that drive growth.

This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the International Category Manager – Watering. You’ll work four days a week from our Minworth, Sutton Coldfield office, with one day working from home.

What You'll Do

Analyse sales, margin, pricing and product performance data.

Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and product range performance.

Conduct competitor and market research to support product positioning and commercial decisions.

Support product lifecycle management, including range reviews and discontinuations.

Create product training materials and support UK and international sales teams.

Drive packaging and product presentation improvements.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver category objectives.

About You

You'll have:

Experience in Product Management, Category Management, Commercial Analysis or a similar commercial role.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.

Excellent commercial awareness and financial understanding.

Experience interpreting sales data and identifying growth opportunities.

Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable: SAP, Power BI or reporting tool experience.
