How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of regulatory, compliance and governance-related reporting.
Champion data quality, consistency and best practice across reporting and analytical processes.
Support the organisation's data modernisation agenda, including migration to new platforms, tools and ways of working.
Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes, improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Embrace emerging technologies, AI and advanced analytics techniques to enhance insight generation and business value.
Share knowledge, support colleagues and contribute to the development of analytical capability across the wider organisation.Skills & Experience

Experience delivering business and performance reporting, alongside the ability to respond to ad hoc analytical requests from stakeholders across the business.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, quality and consistency, particularly when working with regulatory and compliance-related reporting.
The ability to translate complex data into clear, concise and actionable recommendations that support business decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across different teams and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
The ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.Desirable

Experience working with Databricks and/or dbt within modern data environments.
