Looking for a fulfilling role where no two days are the same? We're working with schools across Newbury that are looking for caring, motivated and reliable support staff to help pupils flourish.
As an SEN TA, you'll play an important part in creating positive learning experiences, helping children overcome challenges and celebrating their achievements. You could provide individual support or work with small groups of pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural challenges.

Candidates with backgrounds in Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Early Years or SEN support roles are encouraged to apply.
Experience working with KS1 or KS2 pupils would be helpful, but we're also keen to hear from people who are ready to learn, build confidence and grow within the education sector.
As an SEN TA, you'll need to be available Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
