Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer/ Project Engineer- Civils.

Location: Cardiff
Rate: Negotiable
Duration: Minimum 12 months

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineer/ Project Engineer to join a Civil project which is consist of RC and Groundworks project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site engineering documentation, maintaining accurate project records, and carrying out limited setting-out duties to support the smooth delivery of works.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all site engineering documentation, paperwork, and QA records.

* Maintain inspection records, ITPs, RFIs, and AS-built information.

* Review drawings and ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications.

* Carry out limited setting out and surveying duties as required.

* Coordinate with site management and the wider engineering team.

* Monitor the quality and progress of site activities.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and project requirements.

* Call off materials.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Engineer or Site Engineer on Civil projects.

* Strong knowledge of site engineering documentation and QA procedures.

* Ability to carry out limited setting out when required.

* Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

* Valid CSCS card.

* Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
