How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Electrical Construction Manager

    North West London 

    £70,000 - £80,000 Basic + Package + More 

    Are you an experienced Electrical Construction Manager looking to take ownership of major projects with a well-established building services contractor?

    This is an opportunity to join a highly respected contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering complex electrical installations across commercial, residential, rail and specialist projects. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a collaborative approach to project delivery, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards. 

    The Role
    Manage electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion
    Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
    Drive programme performance and ensure project milestones are achieved
    Oversee quality, health & safety and commissioning activities
    Attend client and contractor meetings
    Work closely with Project Managers and senior management to ensure successful delivery What We're Looking For
    Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager within the building services sector with Electrical qualifications 
    Strong background delivering commercial, residential, rail or large-scale M&E projects
    Ability to manage programmes, labour and subcontractors effectively
    SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications desirable What's On Offer
