What You'll Be Doing
Speaking with candidates by phone and video
Advertising vacancies and attracting applicants
Searching for talent through job boards and social media
Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
Building your own network of education professionals
Supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey
Working closely with experienced recruiters to fill vacancies efficiently
