Working closely with participants, you'll identify barriers, develop tailored action plans and provide practical support to help them sustain tenancies, improve life skills and achieve positive outcomes.
Success in this role is built on strong relationships. You'll work alongside probation teams, local authorities, housing providers, landlords and community organisations to identify solutions and help individuals take important steps towards long-term stability and independence.
We're looking for motivated and proactive individuals who enjoy working with people and making a positive difference. Strong communication, organisational and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a caseload and maintain accurate records. Experience in housing, homelessness, criminal justice, welfare-to-work, community support or other people-focused environments would be beneficial. However, transferable skills, relevant lived experience and a genuine commitment to helping others achieve positive change are equally valued.
