Machine Operator - Food Manufacturing

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Day shift - 7 am till finish

We are currently recruiting Machine Operators to join a busy food manufacturing/production site. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on production experience who take pride in quality and working safely as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Operating and monitoring production machinery to meet output and quality targets
Setting up machines and carrying out basic adjustments/changeovers (where required)
Completing quality checks and ensuring products meet site standards
Recording production information accurately (counts, checks, downtime, etc.)
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work area in line with food safety standards
Following all health & safety procedures and reporting any faults/issues promptlyWhat We're Looking For

For this position, we are looking for candidates with:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Good communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work the required shift pattern (4 on / 4 off)
Understanding of health and safety procedures
