Panoramic Associates are supporting a SaaS company in the Pharmacy industry in their search for a full-time permanent customer service / account manager.
The role is a blend of Customer Service, Sales, and requires a good level of computer literacy to handle customer queiries and onboarding to their system. It would suit someone looking to move from a Pharamcy dispensing assistant role into a more office based environment, or someone with good customer service experience in similar industries (SaaS, Medical, Pharmaceutical).
Main Responsibilities:
Client facing communication with both current clients and prospect clients, in-bound mainly.
Update and access information in their CRM
Handle customer enquiries & complaints
Understand the products and services available to customers, and provide guidance
Provide guidance and advice to Customers on appropriate products and services
Computer literacy, understanding of internal systems (CRM) and Microsoft (Excel)
Key Skills:
Pharmacy knowledge and experience (Ideally, but not essential)
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to work effectively whilst under pressure
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
The ability to be flexible and creative when dealing with Customers
