Pay: Early £12.71 per hour, increasing to £13.32 after training | Back £14.04 per hour, increasing to £14.65 after training
Hours: Monday to Friday - Early 06:00-14:00 | Back 14:00-22:00
Are you practical, detail-focused, and keen to be part of a busy manufacturing team? We're looking for Production Operatives to join a fast-paced factory environment in Glasgow.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be involved in assembling timber wall panels using technical drawings, instructions and a range of tools.
Key responsibilities include:
Following step-by-step instructions and on-screen production drawings
Safely using hand and power tools
Handling timber and other materials manually
Working towards quality and production targets
Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
Working closely with colleagues to support efficient production and improve processes

What We're Looking For
Experience in production, fabrication, manufacturing, assembly or other relevant transferable skills
Ability to read and follow diagrams and instructions accurately
Confidence using tools and handling materials
Good physical fitness and the ability to carry out repetitive tasks
A reliable, punctual and proactive approach to teamwork
