Pay: Early £13.85 per hour, increasing to £14.46 after training | Back £15.30 per hour, increasing to £15.91 after training
Hours: Monday to Friday - Early 06:00-14:00 | Back 14:00-22:00
Are you an experienced production operative with strong practical abilities and confidence using hand and power tools? We're looking for a Skilled Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Cambuslang.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in assembling timber wall panels from start to finish, taking responsibility for the full production process.
Key responsibilities include:
Assembling timber frames for wall panels
Fitting insulation and fireboard
Operating a variety of hand and power tools
Working from production drawings and specifications
Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
Supporting the Line Leader in achieving performance and quality targets
Helping train and develop other team members
Ensuring the working environment remains safe, clean and efficient

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, joinery, construction or a similar practical role
Confidence using hand and power tools
Strong hands-on and problem-solving abilities
Good attention to detail and a focus on quality
Previous leadership or mentoring experience would be an advantage
