Working as a Primary Learning Support Assistant in Warrington, you could support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, helping them engage with classroom activities and develop the skills they need to succeed.
What could your day involve?
Supporting children with reading, writing and mathematics

Providing individual support to pupils who need additional guidance

You'll need to be patient, approachable and genuinely interested in helping young people develop.
Previous primary school experience is desirable, alongside an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
