Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the team and assist with daily office operations.
* Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and diaries.
* Ensure all paperwork, documents, and correspondence are accurately logged, recorded, and filed.
* Maintain organised and up-to-date records and documentation.
* Use Microsoft Excel and other software packages to input, update, and manage information.
* Check documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring a high level of attention to detail.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and respond to routine enquiries.
* Speak with customers and supply chain as required.
* Monitor administrative tasks and deadlines, ensuring work is completed efficiently and on time.
* Support the team with any additional administrative duties as required.
Skills and Experience
Essential:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience using various software packages and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and maintaining reliable records.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable but not essential:
* Experience within the construction, property, or related industries.
* Experience working in a contract-based or project-driven environment.
* Familiarity with document control, contract administration, or project paperwork
