The Company
A leading retail business operating a high‑volume, fast‑paced contact centre environment. The Customer Care function plays a key role in maintaining service standards, supporting customers across multiple channels and ensuring a consistent brand experience. The team works to strict performance, quality and compliance standards, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
They are now looking for permanent Customer Care Advisors to join the team and support ongoing growth across the department.
The Role
The Customer Care Advisor will handle customer enquiries across phone, email and live chat, ensuring all queries are resolved professionally, accurately and in line with service expectations.
This is a fast‑moving role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work within a structured shift pattern. Advisors work 40 hours per week across rotating shifts between 06:30AM and 19:15PM, with an 8.5‑hour working day including a 30‑minute lunch and two paid 15‑minute breaks. The rota includes every other weekend, alternating between full weekends and partial weekends.
You will work closely with team leaders and colleagues to deliver excellent service, meet KPIs and support the wider contact centre operation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries across phone, email and live chat
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards
Work to KPIs including quality, response times and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes
Support peak periods and contribute to a high‑performing team
Follow compliance, data protection and quality guidelines at all times
The Person
Strong communication skills and customer‑focused approach
Experience in customer service or contact centre environments is beneficial
Ability to work rotating shifts between 06:30AM and 19:15PM
Comfortable working every other weekend as part of the structured rota
Organised, reliable and able to follow structured processes
