Key Responsibilities
* Plan, recruit, and conduct user interviews, workshops, and testing
* Analyse research data to identify user pain points, patterns and opportunities
* Translate research findings into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
* Work in a multidisciplinary team
* Take complex services and create clear user journeys
