CBS Recruitment are looking for a HVAC Maintenance Engineer for an on going contract across various sites in Tooting,Kingston, Merton, Wandsworth and Carshalton.
You will be carrying out PPMs on:
* Cold water booster sets
* Heating & Chilled water pumps
* Heating & Chilled water pressurisation units to include associated expansion vessels
* Associated pipework valves, zone valves, strainers
The ideal HVAC Maintenance Engineer will have:
* Proven experience working within commercial buildings, ideally within a building services or facilities maintenance environment
* Previous experience carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical and air-conditioning systems
* Good knowledge of pumps and associated mechanical systems
* Basic electrical fault-finding and diagnostic ability
* Experience with filling out service reports
* Full UK driving licence
* A commercial gas cert is advantageous but not essential
