Due to continued growth and a significant increase in their project pipeline, the practice is looking to appoint an ambitious Architect with around 2-5 years' post-qualification experience to join their close-knit team.
The practice has recently secured a significant education refurbishment workload, alongside an established portfolio of retail and commercial projects. Much of the current work involves the refurbishment and adaptation of existing buildings, creating an excellent opportunity for an Architect who enjoys working across both design and technical delivery.
The successful Architect will ideally have experience within education, refurbishment or retail, with education experience particularly desirable. However, the practice is open to Architects from a range of backgrounds who can demonstrate strong project delivery experience and the ability to work confidently through the later RIBA stages.
The practice operates with an all-round project delivery approach. Architects are expected to be capable of taking projects from initial design through to technical delivery and completion, rather than handing projects over once planning has been secured. The role will therefore suit an Architect who enjoys being involved throughout the project lifecycle and wants to continue developing their technical, project-running and client-facing skills.
