Carrying out scheduled maintenance and service visits at customer sites
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults across the CNC product range
Completing mechanical and electrical retrofits, including spindle exchanges

Working safely and in line with company procedures and health and safety regulations
Skills & Qualifications of a Field Service Engineer:
Engineering background within the machine tool industry, covering installation, servicing and maintenance

Strong mechanical skills, with some electrical knowledge
FANUC control experience would be an advantage
Confident, customer-focused communicator who is comfortable working independently
