Marmon Lift Recruitment is working with a well-established, growing mechanical installation company seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter / Welder to join their team across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a practical, hands-on Pipe Fitter / Welder with proven experience in pipe fitting, MMA welding, and mechanical installation work.

The role involves carrying out pipe fitting and welding across a range of mechanical installation projects, working from technical drawings and specifications, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Travel to sites throughout Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas is required.

Pipe Fitter / Welder Responsibilities:

Carry out pipe fitting and welding across a range of mechanical installation projects
Complete MMA welding to a high standard
Install, assemble and maintain pipework and mechanical systems
Read and work from technical drawings and specifications
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Work effectively both independently and as part of the team
Follow all relevant site health & safety procedures
Travel to sites throughout Gloucestershire and surrounding areas
The Ideal Pipe Fitter / Welder:

Proven pipe fitting and MMA welding experience - ESSENTIAL
Holds a valid CSCS Card - ESSENTIAL
Holds a full UK driving licence - ESSENTIAL
Takes pride in producing work to a high standard - ESSENTIAL
Is reliable, professional and able to work well independently and as part of a team - ESSENTIAL
Has a strong understanding of health & safety on site - ESSENTIAL
Is happy to travel to projects across Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas - ESSENTIAL
Qualifications such as SSSTS, First Aid at Work, G3 Unvented Hot Water, PASMA and IPAF - DESIRABLE
Hours & Travel:
Full-time, site-based role
Travel required across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas
