In this role, you will work with a cohort of Electrical apprentices, delivering a mixture of teaching, practical training, mentoring and assessment. You will use your industry experience to help learners develop their technical knowledge and practical skills, monitor their progress and support them throughout their apprenticeship.
The ideal candidate will be a Level 3 qualified Electrician with 18th Edition and AM2 and strong industry experience. No previous formal teaching qualification is necessarily required for the right candidate, as full training and ongoing professional development can be provided. An assessor qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.

The Role:
*Training and mentoring Electrical apprentices throughout their apprenticeship
*Delivering practical and theory-based Electrical training
*Full training and ongoing professional development provided
*Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
*Some evening hours may be required, with TOIL provided
*Excellent long-term progression and internal training opportunities
The Person:
*Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or a relevant Electrical discipline + 18th Edition + AM2
*Strong industry experience as an Electrician
*Genuine passion for passing on your skills and developing the next generation
*Positive attitude with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in education
*Willingness to complete further teaching and assessing qualifications
