Smile Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Hyde, Denton and Droylsden, looking for passionate and committed Primary Teachers to join their teams.

The RoleAs a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for:
Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive and differentiated lessons.
Teaching in line with the National Curriculum and school expectations.
Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly.
Supporting pupils with a range of abilities and learning needs.
Promoting positive behaviour and high expectations.
Developing strong relationships with pupils, staff and families.
Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school teams.
Maintaining accurate records of assessment and pupil progress.
Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
Participating in school activities, meetings and wider initiatives.
Promoting safeguarding and the wellbeing of all pupils.The Ideal
Candidate Will HaveWe are looking for a passionate and committed Primary Teacher who has:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or relevant UK teaching qualification.
Recent UK primary teaching experience.
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to differentiate learning effectively.
A creative and engaging approach to lesson delivery.
The ability to work effectively as part of a wider school team.
A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.About the Schools & Area
The schools are established primary settings across Hyde, Denton and Droylsden, serving children within vibrant and diverse Greater Manchester communities.
They are committed to creating inclusive, nurturing and ambitious learning environments where every child is encouraged to achieve their best.
The schools are conveniently located for teachers travelling from Hyde, Denton, Droylsden, Audenshaw, Ashton-under-Lyne, Dukinfield, Stalybridge, Failsworth, Openshaw and surrounding areas.
Requirements
QTS or recognised UK teaching qualification.
Recent UK primary teaching experience.
Right to work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Smile Education.
Two years of professional employment references.
Professional teaching reference(s).
Strong safeguarding knowledge.
