Key Responsibilities

Act as Key Person and build strong relationships with children and families.
Plan and deliver engaging activities across the 7 areas of the EYFS.
Complete observations, assessments and children's next steps.
Maintain learning journeys using Famly.
Create a stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environment.
Promote safeguarding, welfare and children's wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support less experienced team members.
Attend training, meetings and supervisions.
Requirements

Level 3 Early Years qualification – full and relevant
Experience working with children aged 0–5
Good knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework 2024
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service
Paediatric First Aid certificate
Passionate, nurturing and committed approach to early years education
