How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Internal Communications Manager
    Location: London (3 days on-site)

    Duration: ASAP- June 2027 +

Hiring for a reputed client, you'll help lead strategic internal communications during an intense transformation period-building confidence, reducing uncertainty and keeping leaders and employees aligned across multiple workstreams and global stakeholders.

    What you'll be doing:
    * Lead internal communications activity supporting a major business transformation programme
    * Develop and deliver communication and engagement plans across multiple stakeholder groups
    * Translate complex business information into clear, engaging narratives for employees and leaders
    * Partner with programme, change, HR and business leaders to deliver impactful messaging
    * Coordinate communications across programme, functional and country teams to keep plans joined up and consistent
    * Create audience-specific content and briefing materials (leadership, manager and employee audiences)
    * Measure communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
    * Contribute to best-in-class templates and processes within the international communications team
    * Support activity linked to the proposed joint venture with Verizon, ensuring messaging is timely and understandable

    What you'll bring:
    * Proven experience delivering major, complex transformation programmes (internal/change communications)
    * Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence at all levels-including challenging stakeholders
    * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including planning and presentation creation
    * Strategic thinking and strong planning ability-comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing timelines
    * Change communications expertise, with a clear focus on adoption and engagement
    * Confidence breaking down corporate and technical language into employee-friendly, inclusive communication
    * Resilience and sound judgement on sensitive, high-profile work-independent delivery with excellent feedback
