How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

SF Partners are working with an established international consultancy to recruit a Marketing Manager to lead the development of its marketing function.

The business helps banks, government organisations and major brands maximise the value of technology, AI and data across collections and recoveries. Its services span strategy, technology selection, implementation and optimisation, supporting clients across a broad range of sectors.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on marketing leader to build a modern, digital-first, data-driven function that strengthens the brand and generates measurable sales pipeline. Working closely with the sales team and senior leadership, you will shape campaign strategy, oversee content and events, and introduce AI tools to improve the speed and quality of marketing delivery.

    The role

You will take ownership of multi-channel marketing activity, developing targeted campaigns that attract, nurture and convert prospects aligned with the business's ideal customer profile.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    - Developing and delivering campaigns across LinkedIn, paid media, SEO/GEO, email, web and events.
    - Working closely with sales to build targeted campaigns, lead-scoring frameworks and nurture journeys that convert qualified leads into pipeline.
    - Managing the content and campaign calendar across paid, owned and earned channels.
    - Owning marketing automation and CRM activity, including nurture sequences, proposal follow-up workflows and attribution tracking.
    - Improving customer acquisition costs and conversion rates through ongoing testing and analysis.
    - Maintaining a consistent brand identity and tone of voice across all external communications and client-facing materials.
    - Using AI-enabled tools to support content, campaign asset and proposal production.
    - Overseeing marketing collateral, thought leadership and website content.
    - Handling press enquiries and developing relationships with relevant media and industry publications.
    - Managing and developing the Events Coordinator, with oversight of the industry events and webinar programme.
    - Coordinating internal communications to keep colleagues informed and engaged.
    - Managing the marketing budget, suppliers and agency relationships.
    - Reporting on campaign performance, qualified leads, pipeline contribution and return on investment.
    - Overseeing market research and customer satisfaction measurement.

    About you

You will bring a proven track record in digital marketing leadership, ideally gained within a B2B or professional services environment. You will be comfortable combining strategic planning with hands-on delivery and able to demonstrate how your work has contributed to commercial growth.

    You will also have:

    - Practical experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms; HubSpot experience would be advantageous.
    - Experience using AI-enabled tools within marketing.
    - A track record of partnering with sales teams on targeted, pipeline-generating campaigns.
    - Line management experience and the ability to develop a direct report.
    - Strong stakeholder, budget and supplier management skills.
    - An analytical approach, with the ability to turn performance data into clear actions.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
    - Initiative, enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset.

    - Salary from £65,000, depending on experience.
    - Discretionary bonus.
    - Pension.
