Production Operative

Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment in Willenhall. The role involves working with metal products and carrying out repetitive finishing work to ensure products meet the required quality standards.

Duties include:

* Using hand-held and power tools

* Using sanders to finish metal products

* Removing excess metal and debris

* Finishing and preparing products to the required standard

* Maintaining a clean and safe working area

* High attention to detail

Requirements:

* Experience using hand and power tools

* Comfortable using sanders and carrying out metal finishing work

* Comfortable with repetitive work

* Good attention to detail

* Reliable and punctual

* Previous manufacturing or metalwork experience is beneficial

What's on offer:

* £12.71 per hour to start

* Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm

* Friday: 6:00am–11:00am

* Temp-to-perm opportunity

* Long-term work with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate
