We are currently recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Watford, supporting students across KS3 and KS4.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a role with the potential to become permanent.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide effective classroom support and help pupils achieve their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1:1 and small-group support within the classroom
Supporting students across KS3 and KS4
Working with students with SEN and additional learning needs
Delivering and supporting targeted intervention programmes
Helping students remain engaged and focused on their learning
Supporting teachers with the day-to-day management of the classroom
Building positive and trusting relationships with students
Encouraging students' confidence, independence and academic progressAbout You

Experienced working within a secondary school setting - essential
Experienced in supporting students with SEN
Confident working with students across KS3 and KS4
