SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist to provide short-term holiday cover for a busy office.
The role will include:
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing queries
Meeting and greeting visitors
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Booking hotels and accommodation when required
Supporting with general reception and administrative duties
Ensuring the reception area remains organised and professional
We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional and confident communicating with both visitors and colleagues. Previous reception, administration or customer service experience would be beneficial.
You must be available to start on Monday 12th October and ideally able to commit through until Tuesday 20th October.
Full-time hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm, although 12:00pm - 5:00pm could be considered for the right candidate.
