How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Assist with aircraft arrival inspections, storage programmes and maintenance checks.
Read and interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs) and Illustrated Parts Catalogues (IPCs), with further training provided.
Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with approved procedures and company approvals.
Assist with aircraft and engine preservation activities, including engine wrapping and storage preparation.
Raise any safety concerns, damage, defects or non-conformities to the maintenance leadership team.
Actively participate in daily operational reviews and team briefings.
Maintain tools and equipment to the required standard, including routine tooling inventory checks.
Promote high standards of housekeeping, FOD prevention and workplace safety.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, quality and productivity.
Contribute towards operational KPIs across safety, quality and delivery performance.
Undertake training to operate specialist equipment and support aircraft towing activities.
Support wider maintenance activities as required by the business.

    Essential Requirements

    Demonstrable aircraft maintenance experience.
Good understanding of aircraft maintenance principles and industry best practice.
    Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow maintenance instructions and approved procedures accurately.
High attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Strong focus on health, safety and compliance.
Flexible and proactive approach to work.

    Desirable Experience

Previous experience within a Part 145 maintenance environment.
Experience supporting aircraft storage or preservation programmes.
Familiarity with aircraft maintenance documentation and technical manuals.
Experience working on commercial aircraft fleets.
Ambition to progress towards Part-66 licensing.

    Personal Attributes

Team player with a hands-on approach.

    Good practical and mechanical skills.
    Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
Safety conscious and professional at all times.
Eager to learn and develop within the aviation industry.
Able to adapt to a dynamic operational environment.
