A good primary classroom is about more than getting through the lesson plan. It's about knowing when to challenge, when to encourage and how to make sure every child feels able to have a go.
We're looking for a Primary Teacher to work with a school in the Haverhill area. This is a great opportunity for a teacher who enjoys creating a positive classroom environment and wants to make a genuine contribution to pupils' learning.

What will the role involve?
As a Primary Teacher, you'll take responsibility for delivering engaging lessons and ensuring pupils are supported to make progress.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Planning and delivering lessons across the primary curriculum
Creating activities that engage pupils with different abilities
Assessing learning and identifying where additional support is needed
Maintaining clear and consistent classroom expectations
Working alongside Teaching Assistants and other education staff
Supporting pupils' confidence, independence and enjoyment of learning
Contributing positively to the wider school communityWe're looking for a teacher who can make learning feel purposeful without losing the warmth and encouragement that matters so much in a primary classroom.
Who are we looking for?
You'll need to hold QTS or an appropriate UK-recognised teaching qualification and have a good understanding of teaching within primary education.
We'd particularly like to speak with teachers who are:
Confident delivering the primary curriculum
Positive and approachable with pupils
Able to adapt lessons for different levels of ability
Comfortable managing classroom behaviour
Reliable and well organised
Able to work collaboratively with support staff and colleaguesApplications from ECTs and experienced Primary Teachers are welcome.

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Pay: £140-£165 per day, dependent on experience and responsibilities
