How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Assist with fault-finding across digital, analogue and RF electronic assemblies.
Escalate more complex equipment and technical issues to the relevant engineering teams.
Ensure appropriate test procedures are available for new products and updated when required.

Support the RMA process and ensure returned products are processed efficiently.
Monitor team workload, capacity, attendance and performance.
Support the training, development and onboarding of new and existing team members.
Promote good communication, teamwork and safe working practices.
Work in line with relevant quality and manufacturing standards.
    About You

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical electronics test experience with proven supervisory or team leadership experience.

    You will ideally have:

Strong experience within electronics test and debug.
Experience working across different electronic technologies.
Experience diagnosing faults within digital, analogue and/or RF assemblies.
Previous experience supervising, leading or coordinating an engineering/test team.
A strong understanding of production environments and meeting delivery targets.
    Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
The ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing production requirements.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineering, production and other internal teams.
A proactive approach to supporting and developing team members.
Experience working within a structured quality environment would be beneficial
