How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Alongside managing compliance processes, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their staffing requirements and ensure they receive a consistently high level of service.

You will be responsible for balancing compliance, candidate management and client account management, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial registration through to placement and ongoing support.

    Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain high standards of compliance for healthcare and social care professionals.
Conduct and oversee compliance checks, including right-to-work, DBS, references, employment history, qualifications and relevant professional checks.
Ensure candidate documentation is accurate, complete and up to date in line with regulatory and company requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate and client records using internal systems.
Work closely with candidates to guide them through the registration, compliance and onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients and care providers.
Act as a key point of contact for client accounts, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Understand client staffing requirements and work closely with recruitment teams to provide suitable candidates.
Regularly communicate with clients to ensure service levels and expectations are being met.
Monitor compliance expiry dates and proactively ensure documentation remains current.
Support safeguarding and compliance procedures in line with relevant healthcare and social care regulations.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, client relationships and overall service delivery.
Work collaboratively with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful placements.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and client information.

    About You

We are looking for a motivated, organised and commercially minded individual who can combine strong compliance knowledge with excellent relationship and account management skills.

    You will ideally have:

Previous experience in compliance, recruitment, healthcare, social care or account management.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
The confidence to communicate professionally with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
    Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach to managing client accounts and resolving issues.
An understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and data protection.
A strong understanding of safeguarding and the importance of compliance within health and social care.
The ability to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
A commercially aware mindset with a focus on delivering excellent client service.

    Benefits

Competitive salary with a commission structure.
Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Clear career progression within the company.
A dynamic and collaborative working environment.
    Private healthcare.
    Quarterly performance-based incentives.
The opportunity to develop strong relationships with leading healthcare and social care organisations.
A varied role combining compliance, recruitment, client management and business development.
