Project: Modular Office Build & Fit-Out
Trevett Services are working with a leading national FM provider to recruit a Site Manager for a project based in Newton Aycliffe.
The project involves the construction and fit-out of a modular office within an existing warehouse, overseeing the build through to the M&E and fabric fit-out.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day delivery of the modular office build.
*
Oversee and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
*
Manage the M&E and fabric fit-out works.
*
Manage RAMS and site health & safety requirements.
*
Use Procore to manage and maintain relevant site and project documentation.
*
Monitor programme, quality and progress.
*
Liaise with contractors, project teams and client representatives.
*
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard.
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous Site Manager experience.
*
Experience delivering modular, fit-out or refurbishment projects.
*
Previous Procore experience – essential.
*
Good understanding of M&E and building fabric works.
*
Strong subcontractor management experience.
*
Good knowledge of RAMS and construction health & safety.
*
SMSTS, CSCS, IOSH and First Aid preferred
Salary description
£270.00 - £300.00 per day
