Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of complex defence projects
Monitoring project progress, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
Maintaining accurate project documentation, schedules and performance reports
Working closely with engineering, operational and project management teams
Co-ordinating project activities to ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed objectives
Identifying potential delivery risks and supporting appropriate mitigation plans
Communicating project updates to internal stakeholders and contributing to governance reviews
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in project delivery, project management or project controls
Strong understanding of project planning, reporting and delivery methodologies
Experience managing risks, issues, actions and project dependencies
Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to work effectively in a complex, highly regulated defence or engineering environment
Proficiency in relevant project management tools and reporting systems
Willingness and ability to work full time on site in Barrow

Six-month contract
