How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Project Coordinator/Project Manager

    We are seeking an experienced Project Coordiantor to lead customer projects from onboarding through to successful delivery. You will coordinate supply chain, operations, sales, quality and other internal teams, acting as the main point of contact for customers.

    This role suits a proactive, commercially aware professional who can manage priorities, resolve issues and keep projects on time, within scope and aligned with quality and cost expectations.

    Project Manager Responsibilities

    * Own and deliver multiple customer projects from start to finish.

    * Translate customer requirements into clear internal plans and actions.

    * Manage timelines, milestones, budgets, risks and project performance.

    * Coordinate supply chain, operations, sales, business development and quality teams.

    * Lead contract reviews and identify commercial or delivery risks.

    * Maintain accurate project data, demand plans and ERP records.

    * Provide clear updates, reports and quarterly business reviews to customers and internal stakeholders.

    * Manage changes, including engineering requests, bill of material revisions, returns and supply issues.

    * Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.

    * Ensure customer requirements, KPIs, SLAs and project documentation are clearly recorded and followed.

    Project Manager Skills & Experience

    * At least two years’ project management experience.

    * Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.

    * Commercial awareness, including contract review and margin management.

    * Excellent organisation and the ability to manage several projects at once.

    * Confidence analysing data and producing reports and presentations.

    * Good Microsoft Excel skills; ERP experience is desirable.

    * Experience in electronics, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment is beneficial.
