M&E Supervisor

Your new company
An established contractor operating across the water and wastewater sector is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee maintenance contracts and project installations throughout Northern Ireland.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced Industrial Electrician or Industrial Fitter looking to step into a supervisory position, leading site teams, coordinating works and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Working across both planned maintenance and capital projects, you'll play a key role in keeping essential infrastructure operational while supporting the successful delivery of ongoing contracts.

Your new role

Supervise site installation teams across maintenance and project works.
Coordinate day-to-day site activities, ensuring programmes and deadlines are achieved.
Plan works and compile material requirements.
Liaise with procurement and project teams to ensure materials are available when required.
Monitor quality, safety and productivity on site.
Ensure completed works are recorded accurately and communicated back to the office.
Report site issues, risks and progress to project management.
Support commissioning activities through to final client sign-off.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure all works is completed in line with company procedures and health & safety standards.What you'll need to succeed

Essential

Industrial Electrician or Industrial Fitter background.
Minimum 5 years' experience within an industrial environment.
Experience working with motors, control panels and industrial electrical systems.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities.Desirable

Time-served electrical qualification.
18th Edition certification.
Experience with instrumentation, automation or control panels.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Previous installation, maintenance and fault-finding experience.
CSR Card.
JIB or Sparksafe registration.
Good IT and reporting skills.What you'll get in return
