How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Leading metrology investigations and supporting internal and customer quality issues.

Carrying out measurement requests, inspections and reporting.

Supporting new product introductions, including first and last article inspections and initial sample inspection reports.

Working closely with manufacturing and quality teams to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.

Ensuring components meet engineering drawings, GD&T requirements and quality standards.

Supporting continuous improvement across measurement processes, accuracy and compliance.

    What we're looking for..........

We're keen to hear from experienced inspection professionals who enjoy getting hands-on, solving problems and supporting a team.

    You'll ideally have:

    Strong experience in CMM programming,

A strong understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.

Good knowledge of measurement systems analysis.

Hands-on experience with a range of measuring equipment, including contact and non-contact systems.

Experience supporting root cause analysis, corrective actions and problem-solving activities.

Knowledge of quality standards, traceability, concessions and containment procedures.

The following would be a bonus

Experience in motorsport, automotive, aerospace or precision engineering environments.

Knowledge of AS9100 and other relevant quality standards.

Experience with precision-machined components, process planning, jigs and fixtures.

    What's in it for you?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key inspection function, lead a skilled team and work on precision-engineered components in a high-performance manufacturing environment.

You'll have the chance to put your technical knowledge to good use, drive improvements and play a key role in delivering quality and accuracy across the business
