Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for your next permanent opportunity?
I am currently recruiting for a fantastic private school in Southend-on-Sea who are looking to welcome a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to their team as soon as possible.

The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Provide high-quality care, support and education to children within the Early Years setting
Plan and support fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive
Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
Support children's social, emotional, physical and educational development
Act as a key person for children, ensuring their individual needs and interests are understood
Observe, assess and record children's development and progress
Work closely with teachers and the wider Early Years team
Promote independence, confidence, curiosity and a love of learning
Follow safeguarding procedures and contribute to the overall wellbeing of every childThe Ideal Candidate
The school are looking for someone who is:
Level 3 qualified in Early Years/Childcare - essential
Experienced working within an Early Years or nursery environment
Passionate about providing excellent care and education
Warm, caring and nurturing in their approach
Energetic, enthusiastic and proactive
Confident supporting children's development through play
A strong team player with excellent communication skills
Reliable, organised and committed to their role
