How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    As we celebrate our centenary and launch an exciting new brand identity, we're looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager to join our team on a 14-month fixed-term maternity cover contract and help shape the next chapter of our growth.

    What will you be doing?

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation and commercial growth.

    This is a broad and hands-on leadership role with responsibility across:

    Brand marketing and campaign management

    CRM and email marketing

    Content creation and copywriting

    Website content and SEO

    Social media and digital marketing

    Partnerships and brand collaborations

    Creative production

    Marketing performance and reporting

    You'll also manage and develop a talented team comprising a Designer and Content Manager, ensuring the delivery of high-quality campaigns and outstanding customer experiences across every touchpoint.

    What can you bring to the role?

    We're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on, creative and results-driven marketer who combines strategic thinking with excellent execution, while also bringing:

    Experience working within luxury, premium, heritage, lifestyle, interiors, property, or design-led brands.

    Proven success delivering integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.

    Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.

    Strong experience in CRM, email marketing, partnerships, website management, SEO, and digital marketing.

    Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse performance metrics, customer insights, and campaign results to optimise ROI.

    Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

    Highly organised, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong leadership skills with experience developing and mentoring team members.

    Collaborative relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills.

    Adaptable, proactive, and committed to contributing positively to a high-performing team culture.

    Essential Skills & Experience

    Significant experience in marketing, including leadership responsibility within a marketing team.

    Proven success delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns.

    Experience within a luxury, premium, heritage, lifestyle, interiors, property or design-led brand.

    Strong copywriting, storytelling and content creation skills.

    Experience managing CRM and email marketing programmes, customer journeys and marketing automation.

    Strong knowledge of website management, SEO, social media and digital marketing.

    Experience developing creative assets, content strategies and customer journeys that support lead generation.

    Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, conversion optimisation and ROI.

    Experience managing partnerships and collaborative marketing initiatives.

    Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.

    Experience developing and managing direct reports.

    Ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Desirable

    Experience in the following areas:

    Launching products, services or customer propositions.

    Managing photoshoots, video production and creative campaigns.

    Using CRM and marketing automation platforms.

    Working within a family-owned or founder-led business.
