How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Our client is a Procurement business with offices in more than 10 countries and this role is for their UK office in Yeovil. They are looking to bring Salesforce in house from a 3rd party consultancy and are looking for someone to take ownership of the global commercial systems environment.

    This is a hybrid role and you will be expected at the office once a week.

They are looking to bring Salesforce in house from a 3rd party consultancy and are looking for someone to take ownership of the global commercial systems environment. Day to day you will be the owner of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service cloud will help connect and automate our wider stack, including HubSpot. You will work across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and IT.

    This is a hybrid role and you will be expected at the office once a week.

    Description

    This role will involve Admin, Development, R & D - basically you will be the go to person for Salesforce in the business

    Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
    Own and support integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot and other commercial applications.
    Explore practical AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, data quality and commercial execution.
    Maintain and optimise the company's CRM systems to ensure they meet business needs.
    Collaborate with internal teams to analyse requirements and implement system enhancements.
    Manage system integrations with other tools and platforms for seamless data flow.
    Provide technical support for CRM-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems promptly.
    Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and support materials.
    Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements.
    Ensure the CRM system complies with relevant data protection and security standards.
    Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and recommend best practices for implementation.Profile
