If you've got hands-on experience in GRP laminating and vacuum infusion, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term stability, great working hours and plenty of overtime!

Salary: £31,800 - £35,100 per annum (£15.29 - £16.87 per hour DOE)
Permanent position
Monday - Thursday: 7am - 4pm
Friday: 7am - 1pm - enjoy an early finish!

What will you be doing?
Carrying out GRP laminating and composite lay-up
Working with resin and vacuum infusion processes
Preparing moulds, materials and tooling
Producing high-quality composite components
Following technical drawings and manufacturing instructions
Using hand and power tools
Ensuring finished products meet quality standards
What are we looking for?
Previous GRP laminating experience is essential
Hands-on resin/vacuum infusion experience is essential
Experience working with glass fibre and composite materials
Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
A reliable, practical and hands-on approach
Experience within marine, aerospace, automotive, defence or similar composites manufacturing environments would be ideal!
