The Opportunity
Marmon Lift Recruitment is looking for an experienced Telesales Closer / Appointment Setter to join a growing sales team based in Bradford.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, commercially driven and knows how to turn warm leads and opportunities into results.
You don't need specific industry experience. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in telesales, appointment setting, lead conversion or closing, who can build rapport quickly, overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale.
You'll be dealing with warm enquiries, following up opportunities and speaking to customers who have already shown an interest - so this is not a cold-calling heavy role.
Package & Benefits
£28,000 basic salary
£25 commission per completed sale
Additional commission available through warranty sales

The Person We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident and motivated sales closer who enjoys picking up the phone and getting results.
You should have:
Proven telesales, telephone sales or appointment-setting experience
A strong track record of converting leads into sales or appointments
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
Confidence handling objections and difficult conversations
A natural ability to ask for the sale and close deals
A competitive, target-driven attitude
The ability to follow up opportunities persistently without being pushy
Good organisation and CRM experience
The confidence to work independently and take ownership of opportunities
A genuine desire to earn through commission
Industry experience is not essential. We're far more interested in your sales ability, attitude and results.
Key Responsibilities
Contact warm leads and convert opportunities into completed sales
Close sales over the phone
Follow up customers who have received quotes but haven't yet proceeded
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate solution
Overcome objections and negotiate confidently
Upsell warranties and additional services where appropriate
Set appointments and generate additional sales opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
Consistently work towards and exceed sales targets
