We are looking for a Science Teacher with experience teaching Science across KS3 and KS4 and their specialist subject at KS5, including supporting pupils with GCSE and A level exam preparation. Applications are welcome from Biology, Chemistry and Physics specialists.
Essential requirements: You must hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification, and an enhanced DBS processed within the last 12 months.
The role:

Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons to secondary pupils.

Teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics at KS3 and KS4, and your specialist subject at KS5.
*
Support pupils with GCSE and A level exam preparation.
*
Deliver practical activities safely and develop pupils’ scientific enquiry skills.
*
Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
*
Adapt lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs.
*
Maintain positive classroom behaviour and work closely with the Science department.
We are looking for:

Strong Science subject knowledge and experience teaching secondary pupils.

Experience teaching your specialist subject at KS5.
*
Confident classroom management and an inclusive teaching approach.

Ability to travel to Burton upon Trent.
