Key Responsibilities

* Acting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

* Handling remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions

* Managing lease extensions and complex or high-value property matters

* Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients

Candidate Profile

* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer ideally with 2+ years’ PQE in residential property

* Strong technical knowledge with excellent attention to detail

* Effective communication and client care skills

* Able to manage a busy caseload independently
