How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Do you enjoy problem-solving, and making a real impact behind the scenes? We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant who can build strong relationships, and keep everything running smoothly.

    What you'll do

    As Personal Assistant to the Director of Projects, you will play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of strategic business objectives. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support, manage a busy inbox and diary, coordinate meetings, and ensure priorities, deadlines, and commitments are effectively managed.

    You'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication. Your day to day will vary from preparing meeting materials and managing correspondence to coordinating activities and ensuring seamless day-to-day administration.

    What you'll need

    We're looking for someone who is:

    * An experienced Administrator or Personal Assistant with a proven ability to manage busy schedules, competing priorities, and changing demands

    * Confident building relationships with senior leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion at all times

    * Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and take initiative

    * Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills

    * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    * Passionate about continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance efficiency and streamline processes

    * Flexible and able to travel regularly as required, with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
